O-ring Stopper: Open Sound and Maintenance-Free
DE BOER headjoints come standard with an O-ring stopper.
Compared to the traditional tuning cork, the DE BOER O-ring stopper is maintenance-free.
The stopper has only two points of contact with the tube wall. As a result vibration is improved, and the headjoint resonates more freely.

A traditional tuning cork can be substituted on request.
DE BOER O-ring stoppers can be adapted to headjoint models from other manufacturers.
